I’m a news/PR professional with over a decade of experience in journalism and communications. With a keen eye for news and a passion for storytelling, I’ve produced viral videos and uncovered original stories throughout my career.

My family emigrated to the United States from Kabul in the late 70’s. My grandfather was a journalist, reporting from the streets of Kabul. I’m fluent in English, Farsi, and Italian, and I’m proficient in Spanish and Norwegian.

In my free time, I like to explore my native Long Island and go for walks at the beach. I’m an avid soccer fan. I also love fashion, makeup/skincare, and spending time with my husband and two babies.
